  • Please note that we only provide Express Shipping to Canada and the United States, other countries can only enjoy Standard Shipping (only orders over CAD$50.00).

  • Shipping time might be affected during public holidays or extreme weather. Because the manufacturers & carriers might limit or stop their operations. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control, normal service resumes soon after the holiday or extreme weather ends.
  • Your order can be tracked in detail, but only after it has arrived in its destined country. This is especially common for standard shipping. Please kindly allow a few business days for delivery.
